Hex has had pretty consistent uptime this year.
Yes, but that doesn’t fit the narrative so it’s far cooler to talk about the couple of days downtime it’s had rather than the excellent uptime it had before.

*2015, we are nearing a decade since the last time the whole park operated at the same time.We still haven't had the whole park operating since at least 2022.
Decade of under investment by previous management will take equally as long to repair.*2015, we are nearing a decade since the last time the whole park operated at the same time.
And given that the boat ride in the Dungeons won't be re-opening in the next month, we are now guaranteed that it will a full ten years. (Nine, if you want to be generous and ignore the closure of Nemesis Sub-Terra)
What are we considering as “the whole park” here? I’m not sure long term SBNO things with an undetermined fate or confirmed as permanently closed should count.*2015, we are nearing a decade since the last time the whole park operated at the same time.

I mean, it literally opened at the very end of last season after spending almost the whole season and the season before that, closed. It also did not open for the first month or so into this current season. On what planet is that excellent uptime?!
Do you mean, it is far cooler to forget the horrendously bad downtime the ride has had over the past few years, to try push the narrative that everyone else besides you is wrongly slating the ride.![]()
I would say the whole park includes any ride hardware that is in situ but not in use. So until the Dungeons boat ride is back in use we still don't have every piece of ride hardware in the park operating simultaneously. Not since the 2nd of June 2015 at least. What are we considering as “the whole park” here? I’m not sure long term SBNO things with an undetermined fate or confirmed as permanently closed should count.
There's also no "narrative". We're all on a forum called Towers Street because we love the park that it is associated with. It doesn't make them exempt from very valid criticism though. We cannot call Hex's availability since 2022 even close to excellent. They do get credit where it's due but also slack where it's due. I commend them getting Rita back open before Thorpe have sorted Stealth but the Skyride is closed again for a third day (inconsecutive) after being closed for 2 1/2 years and a multi million pound investment. If it opens after I've posted this then fair play, but availability in general is still not perfect when we still haven't had the whole park operating since at least 2022.
That was extended closure. It can’t have uptime or downtime when it’s advertised as closed.
When it’s supposed to be open you can compare the up and downtime.
so far this year (it was never advertised to open until April this year) it’s had very good uptime whilst it’s been in operation
