I'm sure there will be table service of some sort. Certain items aren't suitable for sending down a roller coaster... A can of coke is, but a cup of coffee isn't. They do that at EP, and they also require staff to clear away tables.

Definitely not! I don't know if you've every been, and I hate to keep comparing this with FoodLoop, but at EP you put push your sliders into a large cloth basket at the end of the table and the dishes that the meals come in go into the centre of the table for the staff to clear away later. I expect it will be a similar principle in the Rollercoaster Restaurant.

so cool, probably like a small lazy river thingie running around the end of all the tables, chuck your rubbish in it and watch it slowly float away
