Scarefest 2025

Dark hollow could this be hinting at a scare zone in haunted hollow?

I know they have done this before with issues but maybe could be controlled better with better lighting, security and actors behind barriers etc.

The statues seems more that style but then the teddy seems more towards Curse? Perhaps the new scare maze will still be Thirteen based? What a conundrum.

Indeed, I’d bet here or possibly the former Ug swinger site.

Makes me wonder if the maze will actually be non Dark Forest related as not to double dip. An IP or something Hex related perhaps?…

Nevertheless the name is uninspired and the video feels a bit AI smushy. The lack of the old marketing team feels apparent recently given the lack of consistency in messaging.

I don't mind AI being used to support marketing if it makes it more efficient could save money pn marketing and put that back into the park

Could being the word here. When in reality, it just means people have to look for a new job in a difficult market whilst the money is put back into the power that be's pockets rather than into the park.
 
Do we know for certain yet if this new scare zone is replacing or is in addition to Burial Grounds? I know it’s widely regarded that it’s in addition to it, because pictures of Burial Grounds are still being used in Scarefest marketing and that the zone is still in situ.

But I can’t find any wording anywhere that confirms Burial Grounds is definitely returning.

How do you know its being put into their pockets remeber businesses to have to deal with rise in prices to.

Also found out the other day how much money making a Scare Maze is these day it's really expensive for what there creating for a few weeks

Surly this would go down the path next to the wall (arround rita), where the enterance / exit of the new maze is (and enterance of darkest depths) it is quite far out of the way, a good long walk and they are doing construction there for the new scare maze

It's the only place I can think of where it would work - possibly could be the entrance to the new maze is on the Hex side rather than being on the Thirteen side
 
Is it just me or would it seem really weird for them to not only make a maze for dark forest, but also this scare-zone.

I feel like marketing wise, a lot of people may get the two mixed up who aren’t as in the loop resulting in them seeing less value in the event.
