Should prisoners have the right to vote?

Personally for me the jury is still out on his question (pardon the pun)

I have some questions about this

would prisoners see the current government as the people that put them there and use the vote as a punishment against them?

Could the vote in prison be used to get them interested in the political process?

would mental capacity be taken into consideration for the right to vote, e.g criminally insane?

How would right to vote link to rehabilitation ?

They should not be given the right to vote, the burden of voting should be compulsory to them. Under this system, spoiled ballot papers would incur a penalty to the prisoner's sentence.
