Six Flags Mexico

It rides like it's 116 years old, though.

I rather enjoyed Superman, and didn’t really mind the few rattles you get off it. Medusa is clearly the best coaster in the park, but Superman has the Big One or Formula Rossa’s iconic status within the park and therefore tends to be the biggest hit with the public.

They also had to battle with city planning to get Superman open. I don’t see it going anywhere any time soon.

So Six Flags Mexico and the wider Six Flags company are currently providing a lesson in now not to deal with a PR problem.

It appears that a few days ago the management at SF Mexico kicked out two male guests for kissing in a queue line.

This caused an uproar and the response from the company has been poor to say the least.

Instead of an apology and/or investigation etc they have simply put out the following statement.

Of course guests were quick to point out that no such policy existed and in fact the parks often post on their own social media accounts showing pictures of guests ‘being affectionate’, but of course those guests are always of the opposite sex.

So they have simply made this ‘policy’ up in an attempt to cover up this homophobic behaviour from their park.

Oh but remember folks. It’s fine for Six Flags to like the gays in June each year.
