Wonder World Web said:A fire broke out this Sunday, June 8 around 7am in the amusement park Six Flags Mexico.A short circuit was the cause of the fire that completely destroyed the reserve fluff and games gift of the famous Mexican amusement park. If fortunately no injuries have been experienced, the wooden building was completely destroyed following the collapse of the roof, and the total loss of this stock of goods. These are park neighbors who alerted the emergency services, the column of smoke more than 10 meters high is visible for miles. Fifty men of the fire were necessary and a dozen fire engines, eight tankers, from the neighboring cities of Tlalpan and Xochimilco Álvaro Obregón.Despite the proximity, "Medusa Steel Coaster", the new wooden coaster with inversions entirely of wood amusement park which is scheduled to open June 14 (see our article), was not affected. For now, Six Flags Mexico has not made any comment about the fire.It is in the heart of the forest of Tlalpan, in a protected developed in 1982 Six Flags Mexico, park named in his debut Reino Aventura nature reserve. Bought in 1999 by the Six Flags group, it is today one of the largest amusement parks in latin america.
