You mean Alton Towers actually listen to feedback? Any feedback left via a Tripadvisor review is dealt with by the youth trainee in Customer Relations. They decide which one of the five boiler-plate replies to use, post the reply then "forward the comments onto the relevant managers" [by pressing the delete button].

Social Media feedback is dealt with by Mr It's better than nothing.

By complete contrast, back in 2001 I filled in a guest comment / complaint form at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. I got a letter in the post on my return to the UK addressing each of the points I had raised. Would Alton Towers reply to an overseas guest, in writing? Don't be silly. The letter would take time (and effort) to put together and overseas postage would cost money.

Yes they could enclose the pods in a shed, and then put lasers on and sell it as a northern lights experience for twice the money

Low powered lasers.
A- keep cost down
B- wouldn’t want to set fire to the sheds

Risk assessment tho would make you wear dark glasses in case you liked at the laser so wouldn’t be able to see anything anyway
 
Not sure how much I would want to wake up to someone staring at me through the glass, but then i guess that's possible in any pod with glass and no curtains
 
They wouldn't work here because in the summer it'd be too light to sleep and you'd be woken up in the morning by the sun.

and this is the biggest problem with the stargazing sheds. They are camping but with a solid roof.
If you are camping you know to bring your own towels, soap etc. But AT haven't priced it low enough to make the price sound like camping. It should be no more than £50 a night per shed, they don't even have to offer breakfast I think (but there should be a more substantial food outlet on the campsite). I also think it looks like they need more than one toilet block.
