What's going on with that banking on the drop? :p

Here is a POV of Ikoma which does look rather smooth.

Well might go into designing coaster if that's how good they can be

I am a HUGE advocate of The Smiler's rainbow stairs (see what I did there? Eh? Eh??), and I'm rather pleased to see such a MARVELLOUS dragon!

Where can I get one?!

I'd imagine enough drugs will probably end in you seeing one...

There'd be a lot less planning restrictions involved too as oppose to buying one at home :p

To celebrate the last episode of Sir David Attenborough's Micro Monsters 3D (not really, but I just watched it and simultaneously found this ride, so I thought I'd mention it anyway :p ), here's possibly the most impressive Wacky Worm I've ever seen:

The screaming is at all the wrong points! Before it's even set off, up the lift hill and then just as it's braking at the end. But none whilst it's actually going! ;)

What the hell is with that middle section?

Aah, yes, the coccyx smasher 2000! Present on all installations of this type, providing a swift smack to the lower back. Delightful!

I didn't know Zierer had ever made a spinning coaster...

It's called Drehgondelbahn and is located at Freizeit-Land Geiselwind in Germany. The layout's quite basic and the rockwork is very blocky, but overall it looks like it's a fun little starter coaster with some nice effects, theming and landscaping too. I really like the train too (though the seating position looks as uncomfortable as a dodgem car)! :p

I've just made a quick search and it appears Höllenblitz is a Gerstlauer. Didn't know that! That's also a pretty strange looking ride that I'd love to try one day!

:)

That was at Winter Wonderland a few years ago. Not exactly the best coaster around. :p It litterally had NO RESTRAINTS. Not even a seat belt.

:X

It still looks like it has better theming than most coasters at our parks and the size makes it more appealing (so much in such a small space), as does the lack of restraints! :p
