Taxi Services from Stoke?

Could anyone give me some pointers or tips on getting a taxi from Stoke station to Towers? I read another thread on here about Stoke Station Taxis, but it's impossible to determine whether they (or any other service on the net) are decent/reliable.

I've used Stoke Station Taxis several times and had no issues. £20 each way for a four-seater taxi.

Roughly half an hour from Stoke...traffic permitting.

Just to round out this topic - I ended up going with Rush Hour Taxis, who were as excellent as their reputation on Trip Advisor indicated. They were more expensive than other services (£30 flat rate from Stoke station to Towers), but with their punctuality and attentiveness (they tracked our train into Stoke and contacted us before both pick ups) it was worth it in my opinion.
