The Finest Ale

Amazing thread, especially with the North really becoming a power house on the craft front. Ale does seem to be holding its own which is good can't beat a decent hand pulled pint in a barrel glass. I'm a Preston boy so spoilt Craft from Rivington and Cloudwater etc and then ales from the lakes and Preston really has come on in terms of bars.

If anyone wants some 6.4% beer that tastes of white chocolate and raspberry, I can thoroughly reccomend this, only £1 a can in Sainsburys at the mo. About £7 in a Brewdog bar. Fill yer fridge.

Will definitely give this a try. Right up my street

Have very recently discovered I have a bit of a taste for IPAs. Had a blood orange flavoured one the other week which was lovely and then the other night had a pint of Beavertown Neck Oil at the pub and enjoyed it a lot more than expected!

Alreet,

Peakstones rock brewery. Can I order online or will I need to drag my **** over to the microbrewery?

I bought this box of Belgian ales at Lidl, £12.49 I think for these six bottles. Just tried the Piraat Triple Hop 10.5%, that was fantastic, packs a nice punch but still nice and flavourful. Definitely not session beers though!

That isn't ****** beer, it is three puddings through a blender!
I like flavoured ciders, but I like beer to taste of beer.
Banana beer is my limit.

My football beer tonight. I like batshut crazy stuff but this is pushing even my limits. All of those flavours are powerfully there and very punchy, with a ton of sugar on top. It's a bit much!20221129_212946.jpg

I’d love a go in that

I don't know how good the beer is yet, but this must be the best can art and beer name ever?
Jesus Christ He Is Massive by Northern Monk and Chris (Simpsons Artist). A work of genius from my latest delivery.

So I've averaged more than a beer a day, and that's unique beers so any duplicates, of which there were many, not counted. Oh deer. I will probably have to sort myself out next year.

Came across these beauties last night in Stockport (which by the way has some amazing pubs)

Definitely worth a drink, and cheap as well. The stout is very good.

Half hour to kill before the bus? A Vault City Strawberry Sunday sour it is then!

As much like a sour strawberry Sunday as a beer could ever be really, maybe a touch sweet even for me.

Saw this on the tube this morning. If Efteling made a beer!

Ehm... Eftleing do make beers (kind of - they are not brewed on-site but still...)
't Verdiende Loon brewed using hops grown on-site at Loonsche Land (of which I have already ordered some to my accommodation this year)
Bosrijkse Brouw sold exclusively in Bosrijk
And two different beers for the main hotel (Hotel de Bottle blond and Hotel de Bottle Goudbruin)
They also used to have Laafse Lurk themed to the kids area on park (never change Efteling)

What you really want is some Tripsdrill wine, properly lovely stuff!

Busch Gardens knock out their substandard beer. Any parks in the spirits game? Could we work out a worldwide park crawl through all the different alcoholic beverages?

I know EP do their own gin, and I'm pretty certain they've done a bourbon in connection with Makers Mark.
