How do you get a moving sig?

You need it to be a .GIF file. When you edit your image, if it has multiple layers and is saved as a GIF it will ask you about animation options and you can choose how quick it moves etc. if not, there are websites which will allow you to upload multiple images and turn them into a GIF.
