Is any one else having problems with the Wheel of Win? Mine is reporting problems with my internet connection for the past few days and refusing to spin. There are no problems with the connection as all other internet based apps are working!
 
I had the same message this morning and won 20% off fast track regardless. However, the game crashed and I didn't even get to see the wheel land on win. :(

To add to all the above, I am too having the issue with connection. It seems Alton Towers are updating their end, as per a tweet I saw yesterday (they mentioned issues with adding prizes, etc). Expect an update soon.
 
Won about 9 times now and always got 50% off fast track..really want the behind the scenes tour.:))

Highest score on the game so far.

 
Won another 20% off FastTrack the other night. Funny thing: I got the e-mail telling me how to claim, before the wheel had actually stopped spinning!

Has anyone else had that?
 
All this about people winning x number of times and I've never won anything. I know the odds are even less fair than they would be if it were real, but come on I'd expect at least something by now.

Plus I do believe Tilt Master is not possible at the moment. I always lose control numerous times, typically in places where there should be inversions - maybe once we unlock the dive loops and penultimate corkscrew it'll be slightly easier.

As soon as you begin spinning, and it connects to the server, your device is informed if you've won or not. I'd you have, the email will be dispatched immediately (before the game shows a win), as it's all decided server side.

Is there a way to get your profile across from a different phone, or do I pretty much need to complete all the unlocks again on my new phone?

I've just downloaded the update, the model is quite cool! I'll try and get some photos tomorrow of the signs in the queue that you can scan and see if they work at all.
