From looking yesterday, all the things you scan are the logos on the marmaliser, I have a few photos, but you wont be able to scan them, as they are all at really hard places to get a good photo of at the moment.

These images are the official AR images (textures) as stored within the game code, some do not scan and are likely to be either unused or usable in a future update.

Some app stores never removed it (windows for example). Cant scan things on it though.

If you have Android, just search 'The Smiler Game APK' and download it. As long as you go into settings > about device and then tap the build number 6 times. Go back to settings then select developer settings. Tick the settings on the check 'Allow installation from unknown sources' and then install the file.

Now that the game has been long gone from most app stores, does anyone think it will make a return? If it isn't going to make one, then surely they should get rid of the stickers/plaques around the ride? (with the exception of the marmaliser, of course). For example, last time I checked there's still a sticker or two on some supports and a few plaques around the ride (in the queue and in the shop are two that I've noticed, there's probably more).

Never.

This is a bit of a problem with mobile apps and software these days. They're just not very accessable.

Unlike PC's, I've still got software and games from 20 years ago which work fine, and probably always will.

Shame really, The Smiler game was pretty neat.

Sorry for reviving an old topic, but I have redownloaded The Smiler game on my Samsung Galaxy S8 and the scanner doesn't work at all, just showing black. Does anyone more techy know a fix for this?
