Virtual Queuing in 2021

In some of the merlin groups people seem to really dislike LEGOLANDs implementation but that seems to be more outcry coming from relatives of disabled guests then disabled guests themselves.I still think VQ for RAP is a brilliant idea and worth developing even if the idea of everybody VQing is a poor idea. Updates and helps RAP to prevent people who can't queue from having to queue

Does it reduce physical queueing? I'm not au fait with LEGO or RAP (having never done LEGO and only been a guest of a red wristband holder very rarely)

In theory yes, in practice from what I've heard due to Merlin's poor IT investment the data fed into Accesso isnt accurate enough that it functions similar to what happens at THORPE when it gets busy (staff err on the side of over marking)Does it reduce physical queueing? Bump!
With virtual queueing put on hold in favour of temporary rides this year (the right decision in my opinion), do we think it could start to be trialed from next season?

That's a good point actually. Temporary rides was definitely the more cost effective solution.No. And there's even less incentive now covid restrictions are mostly gone.
