I've ridden 2 of only 3 ever built, all in the early 2000s: Robin Hood and Loup-Garou. Both were pretty dire. There must be a reason there were no more built.

That’s a real shame; I’d always been somewhat intrigued by the Vekoma wooden coasters! I’ve heard that the final one of the trio (Thundercoaster at TusenFryd) is supposed to be pretty good, but that was recently refurbished by the Gravity Group with new trains added, so perhaps that helps?

I’ve experienced them on Mine Blower at Fun Spot Kissimmee, and I seem to remember that while they certainly weren’t bad or uncomfortable trains, the restraints were a little bit tight and not as comfortable in comparison to the lovely Millennium Flyer trains on GCI coasters like Wicker Man, which I found really comfortable. (And for reference, I’m pretty skinny and not particularly large in any dimension)

In terms of the ride experience, I wouldn’t have said Mine Blower was rough by any means, as I still thoroughly enjoyed it, but I’d certainly say that it perhaps had more of an edge to it than something like Wicker Man; the ride didn’t seem quite as refined as Wicker Man to me, and it didn’t seem to track quite as smoothly. As I said above, I wouldn’t have said Mine Blower was rough, but it certainly felt more unrefined than something like Wicker Man.
 
I'm not a big fan of Timberliners (or GG in general). The restraints are very bulky which can make for an extremely unpleasant ride if you close it too closely on a rough coaster - they're pretty poor on Thundercoaster.

Amongst the other rides I've done with Timberliners, they're perfectly fine on Twister at Grona Lund & Cu Chulainn, tolerable on Timber at Walibi Rhone-Alpes, mediocre on Mine Blower and horrendous on Hades 360.

Apparently this coaster is only 164ft tall, so it will be one of those mega coasters that packs a lot of thrill into not as much height as some others; a little like Goliath at Walibi Holland in that regard!
 
Looks like a really long coaster, so I'm surprised it's only 164ft. Assumed it was 200+.

Hopefully it doesn't lose momentum towards the end.
