Luton isn't 200 miles away! It's around 100! Unless you're referring to Luton that isn't near London?

I was born in Nottingham, now live in a village just outside Lincoln and work in London, where I stay five days a week.

Considering I'm from hitchin, the town next to Luton and I live 130ish miles away, I find it quite surprising you've got 200 miles to travel unless you take a bizarre route. You have the M1 and should only take you a couple hours.
 
Hate to brag but Conwy North Wales :D few minutes to Snowdonia and a good hour and a half away to AT, really couldn't stand living in a city, small town Welsh boy all the way haha

I'm from near Conwy too (originally, live in Reading now). Small world.

I'm originally from Abingdon just outside Oxford, but I've lived in central Cardiff for the last eight years.

But Nottingham has Rock City, which is awesome.
 
I'm surprised at the amount of people that are from/live in South Wales. I thought I was the only one living down here!

I'm from Staines. Home of Ali G and round the corner from Thorpe Park. Also the setting for the "grabbing" scenes in My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding...
 
I'm originally from Preston, then spent most of my life in Accrington (Lancashire), now living near to Ormskirk.
 
A dull, boring, uneventful, though peaceful at times, town called Harpenden in Hertfordshire.

Did live in Preston for 3 years for Uni, great Uni experience, Preston erm... not so much.
 
The lovely city of Truro. ::)

Although I currently reside in Plymouth for uni purposes.

Truro's not that bad - it's better than St Austell, which is my closest town when I'm not at uni.

Looks like we're basically neighbours, I'm from St. Albans in Hertfordshire.
