PL is also a lot simpler (and possibly cheaper) to get to in comparison, especially via public transport...
It's shifted because they're doing major stuff to the park, as snazzy as the likes of the Flying Theatre and Can-Can are, they do not really capture the imagination of those with options to go elsewhere...
