It sounds like Wicker Man has indeed opened for ERT today. Should put an end to the complaints about them not opening it; thus far it has been open all of the time it possibly could be.

I predict the next complaint will be on the lines of “had I known it was going to be open all day I would have come to the park but as it is I cancelled so sort it out Towers”

To be fair to those (myself included) who have commented about the availability, the posts have only happened because the uncertainty from Towers themselves.

They announced yesterday it would be unavailable on Friday and then an hour later deleted the message and replied with the current message.

I’m happy it’s open, Towers needs these returning and new visitors in order to keep going and Wicker Man should do the job :)
 
Is it highly likely to be running all day today and tomorrow then do you reckon? ERT is only of use to season pass holders and hotel guests yes?

Maybe because it is a fluid situation and they are uncertain?

Glad you liked it. It's incredible isn't it?

The whole thing has been well thought out. They have really raised the bar with this project. I'd like all the big coasters to have some kind of pre show really. Makes it more of an experience.

I can't imagine that there will be more than two or three thousand people there today, and that may even be over estimating it. These are days where Towers quite simply make a loss.

Great for those who are there to get plenty of rides in on Wicker Man though!
