I didn't want to start a new topic with this. So going to post here. I've entered a competition to win £125 to be used to study on a photography course and to have my image displayed in a gallery. It's on Facebook, and only takes a couple of seconds to vote: http://bit.ly/RSwNpn When you click vote a box will come up asking you to share your information, just accept this. The app will not spam you or use your information in any damaging way - it's just so then it knows that you're human (it's there to prevent people bending the rules). All votes will be highly appreciated! Thanks.
my first photo of the drop tower at pwh My second photo of the drop tower at pwh This photo, of 5164, taken from the engine house at highley on the seven valley railway has to be one of my favourite pictures i have taken this one is my favourite one for location, i took this of a moving trolleybus on the back platform of another moving trolleybus. this was my first photo i got published in a paper magazine - shame it's just the museum newsletter. went trainspotting on the first day of the lowestoft air show, saw some unusuall workings this one's off a diesel hauled set comming in from lowestoft Eddie posted an old and new picture earlier, here's an old and new, East midland trains set 158 863 departs norwich for Liverpool as 9466 arrives light engine from dereham to haul the titfield thunderbolt Here's tangmere arriving with the rest of the train. and finally here they go leaving to sheringham.
Taking on the tough task of choosing a decent photo from each set on my Flickr account and placing them within Medium 500 size so they wouldn't utterly destroy the topic in terms of space Alton Railway Station Nemesis, Alton Towers Alton Castle Coati, Animal Antics show at Chessington Rameses Revenge, Chessington The Chained Oak G-Force, Drayton Manor Blue Fire, Europa Park (The literal) Alton Towers Buildwas Abbey, Shropshire The Italian Gardens, Hyde Park, London Saas Valley, Switzerland And for advertising posterity and proof these photos are mine, here's the link to my Flickr!
A couple of my favourite photos from Chatsworth over the past week or so. The firework show during the garden party last Friday. The Red Arrows yesterday at the country fair. For some reason there were only 7 flying.
only 7 arrows, because 2 had accidents, 1 crashed, 1 had an ejector seat failiure, and another one quit.
Quite like this one I got today at FC vs Hednesford - really captures the despair on the keeper's face as he watches the ball go in off the post 8) Hopefully Moley never sees this
I have no idea what im doing with camera's, but here's two I took this week for my brothers cattery This is his Bengal stud cat This is a 30 minute old Savannah kitten! Born on Monday in a huge litter of 7.
