Gardaland

Id love to ride oblivion without the hole, like G5 in Taiwan.

Instead of the hole being the main feature, the height is.

I've never been to Gardaland, but according to the website you have to pay an extra 15 euros to enter the Sea Life Centre? Crumbs at least in Britain they're included in the entry

Gardaland's sea life is outside the park and ticketed separately.

White track? Urgh how predictable from Merlin. Do they know anything other than black, white, brown and greys for their major coasters?

:)

If this image is real, I feel the need to question if Merlin actually has a creative department.
This ought to stop people from saying that Merlin's foreign investments are made with more creativity!

Amazed you missed the uproar surrounding it when it was first released.

But yes, it's real.

Goes to show how little attention I pay to Merlin's attractions worldwide other than moaning when they intend to repeat the same daft formula of installing an off the shelf park in every continent possible.

I found out about the white track the other day and was similarly perplexed! Where in the park is this situated? Does it give any clues as to a possible theme? I have not been to Gardaland so couldn't even begin to speculate.

I saw somewhere that it apparently in an area of the park that has a 'futuristic' theme although I couldn't be sure as I've never been and don't know much about the park other than the coasters they have.

:)

It seems that they're even copying the way Oblivion built interest and excitement by having 'guards' at the park, albeit nowhere near the scale that Tussauds used, and certainly nowhere near as well-executed either.

This is quite frankly insulting to Tussaud's. Using what appears to be the same theme, and now the same marketing strategy, in what will inevitably be much less effective version of Oblivion is honestly rather sad.

Very poor show. :(
