Scarefest 2015

Completely random question, but I've herd that if they see a child (12/13) then they will tone down the scares. Although i really am 15, i look a bit younger (12ish). Is it likely to be less intense if i go in, or will that only be if i look like in not enjoying it?
It's a bit daft if they lower the scares, not only does it slightly ruin the experience for the older members of the audience but it's also not necessary, it's a scare maze you should deliver the same experience to all customers, if they're in there then they're in for scares. That's sort of the point.

I'm not sure whether this has been mentioned earlier or anything has been confirmed elsewhere it looks to me like the mazes will be located:

The Haunting of Molly Crowe: Swiss Cottage / area
Sub Species: The End Games: The Towers / near X-Sector
Terror of The Towers: The Towers
Nox Infurnus: Dark Forest
Dark Apocalypse: Forbidden Valley

Any other thoughts?

Actually sorry yeah, THoMC will take place in the cottage judging by Facebook. My mistake

All three mazes are in the Towers, there is nowhere near enough room in the cottage for a maze. They are using much more of the west wing and basement areas in the ruins. The cottage was just used for promotional footage.

Can confirm they are clearing the path to the cottage for the molly scarefest maze! :p

I'm sure they could still use a cottage and just put a maze tent on the other side so you enter through the house yet the maze is actually in the show building. It was used at the Halloween Dinner Show last year and the whole ambience around the house worked very well.

It could work very well as a setting, possibly better than the towers. The only problem I can think of is the space, but it could be solved by adding another temporary building. Could this hint though that it will be cheaper because of the blindfold. It probably isn't going to be easy to merge between the two, but if they can't see, what's the point.

Where exactly is this cottage? I'm visiting later this week and wouldn't mind taking a look for myself.

That's woodland clearing, part of the usual gardens maintenance, the path to the Swiss Cottage is always clear.

The other side of Swiss Cottage is a steep hill, it has no space for a maze tent.

Final proof :)

I don't believe it
They've destroyed the bushes

Still think its for the scare maze
:D

They have been doing that across the whole resort, it's to combat a plant disease (Dutch elm disease I think), a lot of woodland areas in the country have done so as the government has been giving people money to try and halt the spread.

Trust me all three mazes are in the ruins.

There's a lot of working take place on that side of the Gardens, not just near the cottage.
