The Alton Towers Music, Video and Other Multimedia Thread

The music on park is great this year!

On another note I heard some guests discussing whether park music was for sale in the shop the other day... There's clearly a market for it outside enthusiasts too!

Hallo, long time lurker here so I thought I should finally sign up!

I appreciate this is probably a very long shot but does anyone have a link to, or know where there's any copies floating around of the music used on Nemesis in 2007 during the royalty-free music period when the usual soundtrack disappeared?

Thanks folks!

nothing beats the awesome instrumental of Hex's theme tune in this video of the finale of AT's 2015 Fireworks Spectacular (skip to 0:52)!

edit: this piano version is also awesome!

Maybe a bit of a long shot, but does anyone have any good photos of marketing posters or concept art (like the images in rollercoaster restaurant)?

What's confusing about it?
the fact that they're saying that AT's getting two new rides, even though we (as enthusiasts) know that they're only getting one. the article says this:
"The application comes weeks after the attraction submitted planning application for SW8, which is thought to be a wooden rollercoaster on the former site of The Flume."
i dont understand what they're talking about, as AT has only released one set of plans, and they are for SW8.

Actually, I think it's just talking about sw8 AND the new ride speculated for next year (the possible replacement of Charlie or something). We all know that the media read these forums, so just look at the 2017 topic and that's probably exactly what it's on about.

thanks, it makes sense now, i hadn't thought about that!
edit: what confused me in the first place what that the first line of the article says this:
"Alton Towers has submitted a planning application for a new rollercoaster."

And the path between hex's enterence and the front of the towers plays it.
