I just don’t understand why, unless Trauma Towers was derelict to the extent it was about to fall on someone’s head, you would rip it down to expose the back of a rusty warehouse. Perhaps I’m missing something and there’s a plan to put something there this season. If not, why on earth would you do this?

Maybe demolition and building a replacement in one closed season is too much so they have to spread it over two? You can't exacly demolish whilst people are in the park during the season.

Do we know if the steeplechase and red force area will be back open for this weekend? I can maybe see them closing at least red force and maybe steeplechase so they can still get vehicles in and out. Or maybe it's not safe for them to have the public walking underneath while it hasn't been finally set into the ground?

I’d imagine the aim was to get these public areas, especially around Big One’s entrance, open for the new season. It certainly looks pretty ready in this area. Perhaps less so around Steeplechase’s ride area, but at the rate they’re working I wouldn’t be surprised if the track was complete for Saturday.

I suspect there will still be landscaping to complete though.

Got me all excited there. Was that a freudian slip? There's an idea. Red Force at BPB. Pull out Bowl A Drome and some other old tat, I'm sure they'd fit it in somehow.

Yeah, Freudian slip

Couldn't remember the name for the life of me, but I knew it was red and had force in there somewhere!

Who knows, the footers are already in on the prom ;)

I think you're all bloody mental going to the PB in Feb. It's bleeding freezing. If you go on Valhalla then you should get a medal for bravery. Hahahaha

I will be waiting till End of March until I visit.

I'd imagine the track will be complete (maybe apart from the bit that heads over towards Avalanche as that blocks access into "the pit") by the weekend - the crane's currently working its way back from PMBO midcourse towards Steeplechase station. Landscaping they can do Mon-Fri and no reason to not operate nearby rides just because the landscaping isn't done.

Speedypass has had a price increase this year,
Standard £15
VIP £25
VIP plus £50

Standard and VIP a £5 increase and VIP plus £10

Interesting the site has just refreshed with a lower rate, i’m surprised they are even selling fastrack today. So peak is probably those higher prices above and the latest price is showing
Standard £7.50
VIP £12.50
VIP plus £25.00

Pretty sure standard was £15 last year. But was reduced to £10 on quieter days.

Speedypass mobile is cheaper. Currently. £7.50. £12.50. And £25.
