Looks very, very fast. And I doubt that is its final speed either!

Maverick has the new soft restraints now, so you don't have to ride as defensively anymore. :)

I think the morning I was sat on a bench next to the entrance at 10am and then realised it didn't open until 11am was certainly a better experience.
 
To be fair, the Wild West area at CP does have moderate levels of theming when compared to most US amusement parks. The area also has Maverick, Skyhawk and the Cedar Creek Mine Ride in it.
