LEGO Roller Coaster

Yeah I saw that... it's funny, I've waited years for them to do a roller coaster set and then two come along at once! :sweatsmile:
 
The purple "Joker" track will also appear in a Unikitty set comming soon... Just don't expect a lot of it. Preview image can be found here.

As for the big coaster, it goes on sale tomorrow!!! :D

Coaster track (curves and short straight) in "light bley" will be appearing in some Friends sets soon.

The curves have already been in a Speed Champions set, where they were used as a semi-circular truss spanning a race track. Looks like this will also be done in another Friends set.

(For the sake of completeness, some grey tack is also used in one of the mining sets that came out earlier this year).
 
There's a Ferrari themed set with the grey pieces as well. Looks like there will be a surplus of flat track and not enough slopes.

Looks like the track pieces are finding their way in to a few sets, which is good. Keeps the Bricklink prices down. When I ordered my big load of purple track a few months back, it was only available in the Joker Manor. Still not got round to doing anything with it yet. Should have waited tbh. :p
