How would you write about the stargazing pods, would you try to put a positive spin on them like Towers try to or would you describe them like they really are (and I don't think I'm the only TS member who thinks they are basically over-hyped pig sheds given what other members have said).
There doesn't have to be a spin; they could just be written about in the same style as the other hotel pages are.

We'll look to get something moved over from the future section in the coming weeks. Need to get some new photos with the completed play equipment etc. Recent weather didn't lend well to photos before :p

Surely some pictures of the sheds utterly swamped in mud on a cold wet overcast day would be the perfect way to show them as they really are?

Best take a few notches of saturation out of the images as well, just to be sure.

Ah right. Thanks for the clarification @Craig!

As the thread has been bumped, it's probably also worth me noting that there is nothing about The World of David Walliams anywhere on the site, despite it having been announced 4 days ago. Are you holding off putting info on about it until more info is released or something? I'm only asking because the 2020 page is still very much in speculation mode...

Yup you've pretty much answered your question on that one! As the marketing is very much in teaser mode, there's not a great deal to write about for the new attraction/s yet. Once we have more information then there'll be something put onto the site. This will likely be done over closed season now, as Halloween event visits get in the way of doing anything substantial at this time of year!

Some areas of the forum (especially General Discussion, European Parks and Attractions, Rest of World Parks and Attractions, Corner Coffee and Courtyard Tavern) are becoming quite unwieldy and difficult to navigate because there are so many threads, is there some way we can sub-categorise them to make them easier to search through? For example European Parks and Attractions could be sorted by country and have a category for the various coaster polls.

One of the key issues with that is there would be a need for a lot of sub sections with just one topic in, For example the current top 10 topics in European Parks there would require an England, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium and France sub sections. But If you then look only England and Netherlands have multiple topics, I doubt RoW Parks would be any better. This is an Alton Towers based Forum, I can't help but feel like you're moaning we talk about towers too much.

I'm not trying to moan that we are talking about Towers too much (sorry if it sounded like that). Perhaps instead of single countries (because, I agree with you most countries other than the UK only have a couple of topics), we divide European Parks and Attractions into UK and Non-UK categories. The Alton Towers General Discussion (which has almost double the number of discussions) could be split into General Discussion, Rides and Attractions, Events and Other. (I think most of the topics fit one of these four areas quite well). Rest of World Parks could be divided into US and Non-US.
