On the Mutiny Bay page, the show "Pirates of Sharkbait Reef" is shown as still running despite stopping ten years ago.
 
Opening hours on the front page say 10-6 tomorrow, hours have been extended to 10-7 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Don't know if it's possible but it might be good to have a topic report button, as well as the individual post one. Would make reporting dodgy topics easier.
 
Just report a single post in the topic with an explanation, we review the previous posts regardless :).

The key is to use the report button, it's the only thing that we actively keep an eye on, so are alerted once a report is made.

Burbs is currently updating Gangsta Granny as we speak. In terms of the flats, as with every season we'll run through and update once things are confirmed by the park, or if we have nothing beforehand, once the season begins :)
 
Sorry, me again!

I don’t mean to be a pain, but I only just noticed that Guest Services is listed as having closed on 9th November 2014. Shouldn’t that probably be updated now that it’s reopening, to say something along the lines of “Opened: 12th April 2021” or at least removing the closure date? (https://towersstreet.com/theme-park/attraction/guest-services/)

Once again, I do apologise for being such a pain; it’s just something I thought might be worth pointing out.

Don't worry, we're ahead of you on this one! As it's all date based, that date will update to being open when the park opens on the12th April :)

No problem; I’ll admit I’m very impressed with the little system you have in place!
 
Have you ever thought about adding a live queue times feature? Could be in a box on the homepage or it's own page via a tab in the bar at the top.
 
We have but that was way back before Alton Towers were publishing the times on their own app.

Now that Alton Towers have a really good system in place it wouldn't really be a worthwhile addition to TS, especially as we try to focus our efforts on features that Alton Towers don't have (or can't have) on the official website.
