I don't like them and that is what it is. Yes I took it too far and I apologise but when it comes to this sort thing, it frustrates me
 
On still legally dubious grounds, it seems Altons local management do not care about terms and conditions...

I visited last year on “travellers day” and overall it wasn’t too bad until later in the afternoon. At that point we left. I did mention to guest services it wasn’t ideal that we had to cut short our day and they gave us enough passes to cover a couple of trips this year, so a couple of hours inconvenience turned out to be a positive for us.
 
Not wanting to spark more discussions on what was said earlier but I'm going to be at Towers tomorrow (was also there today) so what should I be wary of and do to prevent it from spoiling my weekend considering what it's likely to be?

Did you see anything today? As it’s usually the whole weekend, just less on the Saturday. Nothing really to prepare you just a lot of queue jumping and big crowds. We were there last year on said weekend but just did mazes, no rides and didn’t encounter anything bad. We left as it got dark (as did a lot of other people) that’s when it gets worse.
 
Just removed a number of posts - mostly relating to a single post with highly derogatory content. Could we please consider how we come across when expressing opinions? We don't tolerate racism or anything of the sort on TowersStreet. @Ethan - I would strongly suggest you read and reread your posts before making them public going forward. :)

I completely agree that I expressed my opinion in a distasteful way. But considering I've had many groups live near me shout, swear, spit, abuse, threaten and try to attack me. My sister had to go to hospital due to an injury from the abuse of a traveling group. So the way they've treated me in the past, I'm very upset that you are sticking up for them. Yes I shouldn't post publically but I've had a past with travellers and I doubt any of you have experienced the same. I'm therefore making the decision to leave this forum as I'm quite frankly offended and outraged by you stating my post as 'racist' rather than just 'unecesary'
 
One minute you’re reading about lighting on a rollercoaster and the next you’re reading about auschwitz...

On a lighter note I’m glad they’ve made changes to last week. Wickerman looks great I can’t wait to get a night ride on it Friday with some people who’ve never ridden it before.
 
Is it much quieter on the Friday night than on Saturday night? Or are there still big queues? Don't think I've ever done the Friday night at Scarefest. Expect it's a little bit quieter?

One of my friends works at towers and he said that next weekend figures are expected to be around this sort amount:
Friday: 19,000
Saturday: 26,000
Sunday:23,000
This is just an estimation but basically Friday will be the quietest

What changes have they made? Does it look better than the 2019 photo Lurker added earlier? Does it look more like the 2018 photo?
