I don’t think there is one (not that anyone actually answers anyway), your best bet is to follow this link and complete the form to submit a request for them to look at it.

It may well be that the transaction didn’t go through properly and the money is just pending out of your account. It would then be released back into your account in a few days.
 
I know the front line queue for nemesis is closed because of covid but has anybody had any luck with being able to get a front row ride on nemesis.
On Friday and Saturday it'll be my first time riding it in years and for what I remember the front row is what turns it from a fun and intense coaster to a breath taking masterpiece.

Any time I've used it in the past (haven't had a pass in 2 years) I had to Google it as you can't find it on the website. Once googled and found, I saved the link to my phone home screen.

I know I've asked already, but could someone please send the link to the reserve ticket page. I used this last time to reserve my being a friend ticket but I can't find it anywhere
 
Does any one know the latest situation with free water refills? A few years back they added lots of free water fountains around the park for water refills but they were switched off in 2020 because of covid. Is that still the case, or are they back in action now?

Also with the freestyle machines - do they dispense free water? If so will it only dispense to a freestyle cup, or can you use your own bottle? Cheers!

Coke Freestyle are doing free water and you can use your own bottle.

Is Fastrack Gold issued as a wristband or tickets ? We have some to collect from Guest Services, complimentary after a particularly bad experience on our last visit, and want to buy lanyards to keep them in if they are physical tickets :)

Does anybody know whats happening with Ride Photos? I know the Imagic pass has been suspended from the website due to issues, but do they offer any photo pass in the park? Or do you have to buy each one individually?

Think gold is just a ticket, the staff scan/cross off.

I think they might do the old style photo pass, but 4 or 5 for x amount, where they give you a card with sections they tear off. But don’t think there’s any digital pictures at the moment, just physical. There are usually Picsolve staff stood on towers street at the start of the day selling products, so worth asking them.

Quick question about the Skyride; if I were to get on the Skyride at one of the end stations (Towers Street or Dark Forest), would I have to get off in Forbidden Valley, or could I stay on until the gondola reached the other end station if I wanted to?

Yeah you can ride from one end to the other. Only the end stations require all passengers to exit.
End-to-end takes just 8 mins! :)
 
When did the Rapids height limit change? I am sure it used to be 1m as Daisy has been on it before.

It was only for the start of this season, I think. The Blade changed, too.

I’m not entirely sure why, as nothing has really changed on either ride, as far as I’m aware.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me? I have purchased 2 entry tickets to the park via the Student Beans app. Neither of us has any student ID or an NUS card as we are school students. Will this be an issue at all on the gate? It doesn't state anywhere on the website that this will be required however I'm worried about running into any issues as we are travelling a very long distance to the park.

I have tried emailing, tweeting and calling Alton Towers but haven't been able to get any response!

Hi Alex, you won't need to show ID at the gate. :)

If student beans is the method of booking then even if you are asked then you can show the student beans ID in the app.
