Hi, has anyone got a customer service contact number? I ordered 2 fast track tickets earlier, no email confirmation, not on order tracker page, yet money taken from bank.. thank you
I don’t think there is one (not that anyone actually answers anyway), your best bet is to follow this link and complete the form to submit a request for them to look at it.

It may well be that the transaction didn’t go through properly and the money is just pending out of your account. It would then be released back into your account in a few days.
