Merlin Annual Pass

As a first time user of online MAP, isn't the booking system annoying and clunky? Instead of logging in and having your details available, each time you book you have to put in each individual pass barcode and then put your details again at the end to confirm the booking, and you can't book multiple days at once so have to repeat the process each time even if booking a break over consecutive days.

Also, there doesn't seem to be a way of amending or cancelling a booking to allow for an alternative date to be selected. Any ideas how to do that?

I can log back in and view it, I can add other passes, golf etc, but can't seem to see anywhere yo cancel or amend it. Although it does say at the bottom I can amend the booking three more times.

Probably me being rubbish at technology (not that this shouldn't be able to be super easy!), I'll try again later.
 
If you click on manage my booking on your email you should be able to change the date there.

A tip I do, is have my pass number saved on a note on my phone so I can simply copy and paste it on the form, I also have all my details saved on my phone so it just copies it on to the form. But yeah the system is rubbish.

Another thing you can do is set up a keyboard shortcut. Now when I ever I type ‘mpass1’ for example, the number pops up. Saves so much time when booking stuff.
 
Sorry as it's probably wrong thread - but anyone know how long it takes for the Bring a Friend vouchers take to come through after ordering an AT Annual Pass?

Bought one yesterday morning and still waiting for them now.
 
Not ideal as was hoping to bring a family member with me this Sunday - not looking likely i'll get the vouchers before then to use them
 
You could still get the up to 50% off for friends and family as you can book it through the pass holder hub (I think) it’ll be a bit more than £15 share the fun, but still better than nothing.

Ok so I’ve just done a quick dummy booking via the pass holder hub and you get the option to use the family & friends discount during the booking process, after the page where it asks if you want to add an under 3 or a carer you should see a page which looks like this:

Click more info and you can then add tickets on. Hope that helps!
