I think only 2 cross arms have boon off all season to allow access to the motors / mechanical bits, i don't think anything has changed?

What could all the parts coming back together in one place possibly mean?

It must be going back together next season.
I mean you're massively jumping here. It doesn't mean that at all. They wouldn't be left there until like February or something when the ride would likely be put back together. Just because they've been put there, it doesn't mean it's coming back.

Why would you take the cars from wherever they have been stored and put them right there if the ride is being scrapped?

Yes I am jumping as it’s logical it’s going back together over the next months. It’s not definite but surely it’s most likely now?

Maybe it's a case of they realised they needed the lorries for something else.

Possibly. But why go to all the trouble of placing them inside a ride area? You have to navigate through the park with a lorry, then over the rides perimeter fencing itself to carefully place the vehicals around the rides hole. If they needed the lorry, it's closed season, they could have very easily just shoved them on one of the many car parks or flat and clear areas around the site.

But they haven't.....they went to all the trouble of placing them back within the ride area, which as I said, is much more difficult with the rides fencing and what not.

Agreed. It's being reassembled.

The question is why now and not in a few months? Could it be they want to show it running to a buyer? Feels unlikely with how old it is, but who knows.

If the necessary repair is a big job I'd expect to see it being further disassembled rather than reassembled...

What was wrong with it in the first place? I don’t recall seeing any pictures of people working on the ride at all this season. Just seems like it was taken apart, left as it was and now looks like they are putting it back together.

I would imagine if any work was being carried out, it would be done away from the public, in workshops and things like that. Because these rides are so modular, this is easy stuff to do.

Maybe certain supports needed to be totally replaced hence the ones that had been taken off.

The gondolas who knows maybe a overhaul with the original shells.

If we are seeing this return for 2023 I really hope they give it a good paint up and scrub and de weed. Maybe all seats on oblivion will return too... if enterprise returns
