Enterprise Site

Would you not describe Blade as a thrill flat? I know it can be seen as a family ride but I think it still just about qualifies as a thrill flat for what it’s worth (ie it’s not a kiddie flat).

But it does seem quite suave though that a park of Towers size doesn’t have a signature flat ride.
Blade is quite tame though in my opinion. Doesn't swing that high and has a laughably short cycle. For that reason I've not ridden it for a while.

Towers describe it as a family ride, I'd say it could fall under family thrill especially when you get the longer cycles

Now would have been the perfect time to invest. Riding off the wave of the excellent marketing for Alton Manor, Nemesis coming back soon. If they installed 2-3 permanent flats I think they would have hit the mark and brought the park back to where it should have been.

I’ll reserve judgement as surely there will be a retro squad announcement shortly?

Wasn’t it submission?
Submission was removed first.

I personally don't put much precedence in them investing specifically in park models of flat rides. Over the years Tussauds/Merlin have had much more success with well-built, well-themed trailer mounted models.

The portability of the rides has been particularly useful at Alton Towers, where they have been able to easily transfer single rides into different areas as the park has developed, extending lifespans.

Wouldn’t be surprised if a Zamperla NebulaZ turned up. They seems to be popping up everywhere else. The trouble is they won’t install anything they can’t tag with a story that they can market.

That would be a bad decision in my opinion given that there's one only an hour or so away at Drayton. I'd prefer something better than that anyway.

Would a Huss Jump fit on the enterprise site? Or if not, it could be a decent addition on Spinjam’s site.

Then a Breakdance on the enterprise site, a new topspin in FV (Ripsaw’s Revenge?) and a wave swinger in DF and you’d have a great portfolio of thrill and family flats.

We can only dream! The flat situation really is at crisis point now though.
