Blackpool Pleasure Beach: 2025 Discussion

I've just returned from a visit to Japan and at Fuji Q, there are signs by the teacups showing that dogs are allowed on the ride and the ferris wheel too!
Thats.... horrifying. I know Japan doesn't share the same views on animal cruelty as we do, but my god!

Avalanche lift hill sounded like a bag of spanners today it sounded like a problem with the anti rollbacks
Visited on Saturday and noted the noise. Whilst I don't particularly tend to visit at peak periods, especially on Saturdays, it was good to see the park busy. Having a season pass meant it was a fairly relaxed visit, however I wouldn't have fancied paying the gate price for a single visit of the year. Most coaster queues were topping an hour.

I do not doubt you, but can you point them out, as they are not obvious? It could be the case that by the time the attraction was refurbished, there were only 4 in operation, due to many breaking over the years and never getting repaired. Very plausible given the extreme wetness and dampness in the building. If this was the case, it would make their statement of there only being 4 cameras correct.

Okay, using this 2019 video as guide:

These cameras were added at some stage between 2014 and 2019 - you can see in this older POV from 2014, the additional cameras highlighted above are not present:

From memory, I'd say they were added around 2017.
