Nope it’s only ever dropped once.

When it first opened the show program was different. You would drop straight away and then when you came up you would see the hatched egg.

Now it goes down and then you see the hatched egg, then dark again and you drop.

Taking my sibling to fireworks on the Friday and I'm a platinum pass holder, it's greyed out on the 25% off link, and I'm out of bring a friend vouchers, would there be any way to get any sort of discount or do I just have to pay full price for them.

I know there's a food thread but I think this is a bit more appropriate here:

What food outlets exist at Alton that are actually good-okay? Last visit we had an awful experience at the Pizza Pasta place and would rather not feel burned by something like that again.

I don't mind forking out if it means we can actually have something nice!

I found the burger from Burger Kitchen to be adequate, nothing to complain about anyway.
Last time I ate at Eastern Express it was bad, gristly meat in an overcooked baguette.

Was there much of difference between the 3 farm areas Alton have had.

Britannia Farm, Safeway Farm and Old Macdonalds Farm. And which was the best version.

We were going to visit the Water Park on an inset day in November.

The website has now updated it to hotel guests only but the ticket site doesn't reflect this and will still let me purchase, i presume these tickets would be honoured? It's a 3 hour drive...

You'd certainly hope so.

Booking enquiries for the water park (and also hotel queries) - 01538 704096 - They're the only ones who will be able to tell you with any certainty.

Hope you don't mind me saying, but have you been to WaterWorld in Stoke? If not, I recommend looking at it if you're unable to visit Towers' water park.

I certainly don't mind! We haven't, we were actually going to visit as they had dedicated SEN sessions where adults were allowed to accompany on the slides but sadly they stopped doing them shortly after i discovered them.

Would probably work as a back up in case there was an issue though so thanks for the reminder!
