But yeah, it's more of an attraction not an area so I suppose they have mesed up a bit hee hee.

It'll be a power of the towers marketing stint; nothing to do with SW9. Mainly as it'll still be years off.
 
This seems to strongly hint towards a Gangsta Granny related ride/attraction as part of the David Walliams expansion.

If you aren’t familiar with the plot a quick google reveals the relevance of the use of the word ‘pipeline’, the security car and possibly the image of the Towers too.
 
This obviously means that once you drink the alcohol on park from the beer pipelines. It will give you 20/20 vision when looking at all the grime and filth over the park, aging attractions and attraction diversity.

As for the security looking vehicle. 'Call the cops, he's off his chops'......10 pints later.
 
Well that lasted a while. So are we likely to see this in one of the old buildings or somewhere else

I assumed it would be in the wobble world building. I've not been to CCL in a long time so I'm not exactly sure if that would be sufficient space. However the sound of construction was heard from there around early November.
