Hmm, not much to report on there with most of the work likely taking place in the main ride section.Duels doors were just open not too long ago!! Seems that the vestibule is still intact.
Might get the infamous ghost corridor to work better with them!
There were no characters or story, John Wardley just coined the names in an old documentary and they stuck. Sir Henry Alton was actually the name of the ride's costume character /mascot in 1992With the characters of Sir Henry and Emily Alton...was there ever at all Emily's mother
Eh? It was a costume character.Half hearted character generation to develop the plot thirty years ago.
Most certainly! You'll find him on this video as well! Kinds goofy looking fella, but that makes it better!Eh? It was a costume character.

I believe Sir Henrry alton wasn't for the ride vehicles and was an official mascot for roaming, would be a bit hard when holding your own head now XD!Was that when they had to find 34 members of staff to dress up and sit on all of the 34 ride cars to keep hitting the reset button after they all failed? Have just gotten the Smoke and Mirror book in case you all want to know, and I'm fascinated about the history of it even more now.
Jeez...and they don't generate costume characters???Eh? It was a costume character.
Just came across this tweet. The following comment by the uploader is pretty interesting. He regards the vehicles were going into storage. And if you notice, the books that held the laser system are now gone!

Maybe! Though I'm still a tad confused, the blaster holsters are still in place at the front, the rectangular box. That was never there when the ride was the HH.Pretty cool picture. Going into temporary storage until the inside is complete?
Been watching this video from a few years ago with Duel with the lights on. Didn't seem realised just how well detailed yet sparse in places it is. The garden though I think actually is my favourite for just all the detail you can see there with thr lights on.

Maybe not, that is also the direction of tech services main workshop.Pretty cool picture. Going into temporary storage until the inside is complete?
No they wouldn't. They really don't make rides like this anymore because it's easier and cheaper to use a TV screen or projector, will be more reliable too... This ride needs to be preservedIndeed! The Poltergeist room, The Grand Hall, and the Garden are easily the most detailed parts of the ride. That's why I hope they keep most of the HH theming, because of its unique style and immaculate detail. I really doubt they'd be able to make new Scenes at Detailed as them nowadays.
