Someone on Twitter suggested that the last line of words read 'Towers' on it, and, I can see where they're coming from on that.
Nah it definitely doesn't say Towers. It says "Tcox-something".Someone on Twitter suggested that the last line of words read 'Towers' on it, and, I can see where they're coming from on that.
That's really interesting! (although for non-geeks, it would definitely not be so)On a geeky side note, this also confirms that “IC-D” was the track code for the original Nemesis…
Are you admitting to being one of Andy Hine's harassers?Wibble and froth.
What happened to the old days of sending letters to those in the know and complaining they knew nothing.
Well, the truth is, no one knows yet. I've got a feeling it is, but we'll find out eventually.Lads and Lassies, are we sure this is the actual Nemesis track or mistaken identity? I'm too drunk right now to work out if I'm actually seeing new track or if this is a mirage.
Correct. . .As has been said, it's almost certainly the final coat as you can see the grey primer on the ends. Time will tell though.
The person who took the photos also did a video, and the track’s shipping label in that area has IC-DR on it… it’s Nemesis, folks!
(Well, it technically says IC-Dr, but that’s close enough to assume that it’s the Nemesis retrack rather than an unknown new ride…)

Double post but some comments do not age very well. Can't blame @James though, I didn't think it would be black track either. The planning application says quite clearly that the track will remain visually the same.
It will not be a black track.
Can we please not have 10 pages discussing something that has already been confirmed...
You'll be suprise how a difference in colour as well as Merlin's typical black colour that everyone is fed up with can set people off...It's just a track. Who gives a damn what colour it is, really? It'll make a nice change from the last couple of decades anyway. Happy new year, anyway
