What other path? The seating area for the coffee shop takes up a lot of it and the route under Air lift hill has been closed off. The location of the coffee shop and its outdoor seating has made a lot of the paths in that area poor.

I imagine that was intended for when this opens it’ll be the best viewing spot. Instant money.
 
You can get rond the cafe, if you go thr route that used to be under airs lift, then you can hard right past the rear enterance of the cafe it is quite a long about way of going about it though

Haven't you heard? The cutbacks have made it to Toxicator too.

The fountains have been replaced by a ride host with a Super Soaker. The lights are some Twinklies, sourced from a local shed museum. The music almost sounds like Toxic by Britney Spears, only for cost and licencing purposes they've commissioned it on Fiverr and the loop is only 15 seconds long.

The ride host is only utilised during peak days between 12-2 however.

I’m not sure how much crossover there is between the folks attending the family focussed pirate event with a max 1.2m height limit from the open rides to a thrill ride with a 1.4m minimum.

It’s potentially a different demographic of customers.

To be fair at Xmas they did have the random Toxicator logo on the banners at the entrance for no apparent reason.

Feb 14th was the night they announced the opening date for the curse.

Agree with you there, but they do also get a tonne of pass holders and the likes of us visiting so any mention will create free marketing for them.

Fair point, didn’t think about it this way. Just thought maybe with it being the first time guests have been in since they announced the name they might have a date but perhaps not

I do think there's a chance though, as @djtruefitt mentioned above. Also Towers haven't done a social post since Monday. We'll just have to wait and see.
