The whole motorway network around Manchester is a pain.

It's the same near any big city if you hit them at peak times. Far too many people on our roads.

Just seen a post on SkyscraperCity with pictures that shows they’ve built their construction compound for this. So temporary buildings, parking for contractors, tarmac temporary roads etc.

All branded with Therme Manchester banners and flags etc.

So it looks like construction is imminent.
