This post is massively underated. Jokes aside though whilst I understand why you say this, the smiler is arguably one of the parks most successful investments ever. Regardless of the incident, the ride opens less than a year later and still gets the longest queues. Wicker man only in its 2nd season and still the smiler has biggest queues. Whilst it did damage revenue and reputation somewhat, it's still brought in the crowds year on yearidk - the last time Towers invested in something German it didn't go particularly well...
