Despite looking rather home-made, it turns out that this thing is actually a Gerstlauer. Not only that, they've sold 4 of them this year - all of them to small German parks/glorified play areas. Only one of the rides has pics on RCDB so far, though the name is unknown. Here are some more pictures of the one at "Trampolino Familien- und Freizeitpark":
