That's a possibility but I think Paultons is the only one with the license in the UK. I think Merlin only have the license in the USA but I may well be wrong,I’m guessing Peppa Pig been as they’ve started that new “theme park” in Florida.

“It’s not this but I won’t tell you what it is” - boring !
In an attempt to actually move the thread forward (until someone gets over themselves and shares what they have heard), it’s been mentioned in some articles that this attraction will be “exclusive to Blackpool” so that rules out any existing brands such as LDC or Shreks

Are you referring to my post because I put nothing of the sort? I said Peppa Pig was a possibility but not unlikely because I think Paultons owns the license. I did not say I knew.“It’s not this but I won’t tell you what it is” - boring !

Edit: But I do agree with you if you're not referring to my post

Could it be another DreamWorks IP, at the end of Shrek's adventure there is a section where you go through How to train your dragon, Madagascar and Kung Fu Panda photo ops.

Correct, they said they were going to run both Shrek and BGA for 18 months before deciding if more were workable and no news on either.I think the Shrek thing could have worked well here.
Didn’t the promotional material for Shrek say there was more going to be popping up after London and then nothing ever did eventually happen?
Also appears that expansion of Little Big City has hit the buffers too.
Perhaps COVID plays a part and perhaps Peppa is just too lucrative to bother with others for the time being.

I love how wound up you're getting over this. It's superb.
The attraction is exclusive to Blackpool, however, the IP is already in Merlin's UK portfolio.

This seemed like one of Merlin's better midway concepts, even if it was a blatant inexpensive version of Miniatur Wonderland. There were rumblings of one landing here in the UK at one point, but I have the feeling it hasn't performed as well as they had anticipated in Berlin.

It doesn’t contribute anything apart from someone told you something you *shouldn’t even know* and are lording it over the rest of us. It’s very boring now. Why not put out some possibilities at the very least to contribute to speculation ?

It absolutely does though.
Some people with no credentials trap their mouths off with 'I know what you don't know' stuff when there is nothing to support what they say and it's just bragging and/or guessing.
Some people earn a reputation as reliable, know things they can't disclose, but can help with focusing some speculation in the right areas.
If you pay attention for a while you'll work out who's word is worth listening to...

Let's face it, there are all kinds of things that it could be. How about the world's first tourist attraction themed to paper clips. That would be exciting, wouldn't it?
Sorry, the paperclip worlds first tourust attraction is taken, with a holocaust memorial in Tennese. Fastrack is not available. (It's actually a really good story of how it came about, worth a read)
My clueless money goes on one of the collective works type ips already owned, Donaldson, Walliams or Cebeebies.

Time to lose your minds. Peter Rabbit is coming to Blackpool.

I'm concerned with the quality that will be delivered based on that budget. The LDC Manchester refurb was £1 million and the end result made it look bland, uninspired and cheap.
You'd imagine the licence holder would demand a certain quality to protect the IP. Hopefully.
