Devon's Crealy General Discussion

I think you may be right about it being the flambards drop tower, interesting at a press event last night they announced Devon's first inverting ride. Maybe a coaster?
They're both equally as plausible to be honest, see no reason why it couldn't be one or the other as they're near identical models.

I've seen that last night too, it is exciting to see them go further up the thrill scale. It seems to be a flat this time. Next, we could see a Eurofighter or a model of similar scale 🤔

Towards the bottom of the page the second new ride is also teased with a silhouette.
Ohh, that silhouette looks like a Zamperla Air Race although it wouldn't surprise me if it's that or it's SBF equivalents.

One wild card to jump onto the band wagon after a lot of people seem adamant that Pirates Plunge is Magma at Paultons, it's Skyforce at Blackpool 😜

Fair play to Crealys, with the demise of several parks in the South West they are investing and positioning themselves to be the biggest and best regional park in the area. Hopefully it goes well for them and they can make the next step up and get a decent coaster

I think I may have won this bet

Pirate's Plummet is an SBF Visa Drop Tower which seems to have been known for a while.

The news on this one however is that the second new ride is Rotor which is a Zamperla Air Race.

Fantastic addition for Crealy and exciting to see, my prediction for what's next, Gerstlauer Eurofighter 320 for 2027/28.

It will be interesting to see where Crealys go in the coming years they are almost the last park standing in the South West and the only one really worth visiting. I think a family coaster like a new Vekoma suspended model would be good for the park in the next 5 years or so.

I can see Crealy go more into the thrill market a Zamperla Discovery would fit them. And maybe a thrill coaster like Yukpn Quad could be good for them
Yeah, I can imagine a Zamperla Discovery Revolution being next. Blackgang Chine did something very similar a couple of years back and they're a much smaller park.

A thrill coaster with at least one inversion will be in the pipeline I'm sure of it. I'm already thinking that they may be taking notes on Drakon even if it's a one of the pre-designed layouts.

I reckon the next thing will be an SBF Visa Race Coaster, like the Gullivers models and Junior Red Force. Much more their budget.

It truly depends if they're looking to offer something thrilling or if they're looking to consolidate the family market I'd say

Those models would be nearly identical to Shark Trip I'd say and I'd imagine they'll pick up something a bit different and thrilling.

Shark Bay is a small fig 8 coaster, the Race Coasters are step up from them
