Because its a great show even with AI I remain neutral however its a useful tool so why shouldn't people use itAny particular reason nobody has pointed out the blatant use of AI images for the water show?

That's not true. If there is ever a resilient industry, it is the creative arts.Because it will ultimately be used to replace real creativity, which leads to boring uninspired entertainment or “slop”
The most popular and commercially successful song of 2007, Rhianna's "Umbrella" is based on a Garage Band stock drum loop. It is still a banger of a song.
AI can only presently generate on the whim of a creative, or cannot create output without us. Creatives also stitch it together. There will be artists who create art with the assistance of AI generation, much as there are artists who use stock components or other tools. Many musicians cannot play an actual musical instrument, but it hasn't destroyed their creativity.
Recorded music didn't destroy concert musicians. Film and television didn't destroy theatre. Immersive video games haven't killed films. Podcasts didn't kill the radio. Video didn't kill the radio star. YouTube and Netflix didn't kill television.
AI is a tool. It is here, it cannot be stopped, it cannot be put into a bottle. Learn how to work with it, not against it.
On topic. We still do not definitively know if AI generated imagery was used in Drayton Manor Park and Zoo's display.

I don’t like the use of AI because the content that’s been produced is strongly in the uncanny valley and incredibly jarring, there’s no consistent art style and the AI hallucinations are really obvious.
The permanent infrastructure is great though, it shows they are actually investing in a regular late-night offering. We’ve been wanting Towers to offer a late-night show for years but there’s been so many explanations why it couldn’t happen from budget to public interest. The fact that Drayton has pulled it off is brilliant and really sets the precedent for other parks now.

Drayton have have had very good late night entertainment this year with there great firework displays. I really do love the setting of the lake with rides dotted around the outsideI don’t like the use of AI because the content that’s been produced is strongly in the uncanny valley and incredibly jarring, there’s no consistent art style and the AI hallucinations are really obvious.
