I know I mentioned it before but maybe Merlin have been in talks with HUSS regarding a multi-ride deal much like how Merlin currently have one with B&M?
I understand installing one permanent flat ride would coat a bit but then again so too would building/retracking two B&M coasters be even far more yet it seems maybe Merlin found a way to have both done at a fair price. What if they are planning to attempt the same with HUSS?
I know many with disagree but it is clear that Merlin are aware of the dire flat ride situation that is needed to be sorted out, especially for next year with Nemesis being out capacity has be solved ASAP, even the return of Sub Terra might not be enough.
I honestly suspect that we might get not only the newer model of Enterprise but actually the floor less version of the topspin...oh yes, return of Ripsaw anyone? The reason I'm saying this is that from the strongly hinted return of the HH, Nemesis' overhaul and in some respect if even true, the return of Sub Terra - Towers does seem to be leaning on tapping into the nostalgia market, certainly not the first park to do so. Who would think with this mindset they might announce the return of Ripsaw? Given how that ride was arguable the park's flagship flat ride until it's closure, who's to say that would want to do with perhaps the same for Enterprise too?
Unlikely both or even one would happen for next season, all the budget for 2023 is getting poured into HH it seems, but certainly isn't quite far fetched as one might think. That all said though, even if you were to have both of these rides opened Towers would still have a flat ride problem in which you'd need something for Dark Forrest, something for the Submission site and so forth.
Either way, the sooner I won't have to deal with Retrosquad again on the park the better.
