We've seen a few of the bigger European parks start to advertise in English and try to get to the British market recently. Europa Park has started posting most of their Facebook updates in English, Efteling posts all their promotional videos either with English subtitles or with English commentary and Phantasialand has posted a couple of things in English in recent times.
Phantasialand isn't very hard to get to from the UK, you can get a train from St. Pancreas pretty much straight to Cologne with trams to Bruhl and then a shuttle to the park and back.
Parc Asterix is even easier!
EP has been featured in national newspapers in recent years with a fairly easy trek to get there.
So, how much of an impact do you think this could have on UK parks and Merlin as a company?
