It may well say that but at present it may yet not happen. The 2015/2016 Winter Resort brochure has been released today and it confirms on the event page that February Half Term will be running from 13th - 21st February 2016.
I see it as oblivion or nothing personally. Can't be air, not sure about Rita or 13, almost guarantee it won't be the smiler. Unless we see the event have cuts to the number of rides (or get cut completely) it will almost have to be oblivion and nemesis.Oblivion will not open, it last opened in 2012 before The Smiler came and given the crash that area will still be closed for FHT.
Why can't rita or 13 open during FHT?
- The line up can change, if it's working then I see no reason sub terra can't open
- Oblivion has been open for FHT in the past
- Rita and 13 can't operate for FHT.
Thought soIt's too cold.
Also money.
I can't. FHT is an event primarily aimed at Families, so I don't think they will open Smiler or Oblivion, given that there's no kid's rides in the surrounding area which are likely to be open.Anything could happen really. I can see The Smiler, Oblivion, Enterprise and Sonic Spinball being open.
I can see the smiler and oblivion more likely than just one if nemesis and air don't open. Though the smiler is unlikely with the new safety features.I can't. I'm sure it's an error. It it a thrill ride if thirteen is a thrill ride.^then how come Air is listed in the "family" section of Alton Towers' web site?

They do indeed need AP holders to attend. Using the logic of them opening Oblivion and Smiler for FHT so AP holders do go, will they really do that and then close 6 of their attractions for the whole of next year? Anyway, that's for another topic. They need annual pass holders to attend.
