Food & Beverage: The Aramark Era begins

It's the old Air Shop building so very much in the park, yeah.

We tried booking ahead and noticed that you couldn't do it through the app so we just walked in and got a table, with no queue. We were in there for just before 12 and there was a couple of groups already in when we arrived and three more turned up whilst we were eating.

Great, thanks! Don't suppose you have a copy of the menu, the link provided on the app doesn't seem to work?

The RCR is always walk-up only for Scarefest and Fireworks.

Any idea if it's usually busy around 5/6pm? Would be nice to try it but also don't want to struggle all the way over there with my son if we can't get in as there are no rides for him there (i've purposely shielded Nemesis and Air's existence from him so far, still getting over the heartbreak of him pulling me towards Baron at Efteling 😢)

It's good to see that the Woodcutters menu has received a makeover; it had been pretty much the same now for a number of years and last season the product you were served had diminished.

Not too sure about the donut burgers, but those skewers look pretty nice!

The quality doesn't look too bad at all. I know it's hard to judge from a photo, but things are looking better.

I'm shocked at the diabolical ordering system that's been implemented that means waiting 40 minutes for a beer.

If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
Unfortunately the RCR has also been fitted with the new tablet system as well.

Not a very great look when you’re stood behind one person at the till and it takes them nearly 15 minutes and 4 members of staff to put through one order.

(Chicken place near Nemesis, for reference)

It looks like there's a new bar in the Mutiny Bay courtyard. Pictures from Theme Park Guide Live.

Glad to see what appears to be a marked improvement in food offering and menu variety this year. Prices are still high but it’s a theme park at the end of the day and not your local beefeater.

I still refuse to acknowledge the existence of a donut burger though.
