What do you think will happen to Nemesis in the next 30 years?

Well, since things like sections of track are fairly easy to replace, and B&M's are usually built to last, I strongly believe Nemmy will still be going strong after 30 years. Just think how old some classic woodies are now! If they can last that long, a well built steel coaster can easily last just as long (if not longer).
